You may return any new, unopened book sold and fulfilled by PMB within 30 days of delivery for 100% store credit. PMB will also pay the return shipping costs, if the return is a result of our error—i.e. you received the incorrect item, your item was defective, etc. Your store credit will be applied and available to you immediately upon your return being processed at the PMB warehouse. Customers who refuse delivery on any shipment must first contact PMB for written permission. Any order refused delivery by recipient without written permission is NOT eligible for a store credit. If the PMB is contacted for permission prior to a refused shipment AND within 30 days of the first delivery attempt, the return will be eligible for a store credit, in accordance with our standard return policy. However, the cost of returning the product for any preapproved, refused shipment will be deducted from the total store credit provided. No item may be returned for any reason more than 30 days after delivery.
