By using examples from his experience as a tactical law enforcement photographer, Timothy Johnson will demonstrate how Systems Working All Together (SWAT) really are the best "Special Weapons and Tactics" available to project managers. Timothy L. Johnson Bio:

Timothy L. Johnson is the Chief Accomplishment Officer of Carpe Factum, Inc. (Latin for "seize the accomplishment"). He has over two decades of highly successful experience in project and program management, business solutions, creativity, executive and management coaching, and strategic facilitation. His clients include Teva Neuroscience, Harley-Davidson, ING, Principal Financial Group, Wells Fargo, Farmers Mutual Hail, and numerous other small businesses and not-for-profit organizations. He is also an adjunct professor in the MBA program at Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa, teaching classes in Project Management, Creativity for Business, Executive Leadership, and Managing Office Politics.

Timothy has authored three books all featured in the Project Management Bookstore. His first, Race Through the Forest: A Project Management Fable is in its second printing released in 2009, his second GUST: The "Tale" Wind of Office Politics was released in April, 2007. The third and focus of today's webinar is SWAT: Seize the Accomplishment, which was released in January 2010.
