Webinar Description

Body Language: The Human Side of Project ManagementProject Managers require strong communication skills to manage successful projects and teams, but the nonverbal aspects of communication are often overlooked or ignored. Are you sending the signals you intend? Do you understand the signals others project?

Body Language: The Human Side of Project Management will teach you to use Greg's experience in communication, and his proprietary Extreme Interpersonal Skills© to recognize cues that indicate what someone is thinking. This one hour session will help you obtain information faster and resolve conflict more effectively.

Gregory Hartley Bio:

Gregory Hartley started his career with the U.S. Army, teaching interrogation and resistance to interrogation, as well as providing interrogation support to Special Forces in Operation Desert Shield. He left the intelligence business as a career interrogator and applied the extreme interpersonal skills of an army interrogator to the day to day operations of construction project management. Greg was an in house project management consultant for American Standard. He has served as a full-time director with, and consultant to, companies and provided body language and behavioral analysis for print, TV, and radio. He is the author of six books, including The Body Language Handbook published by Career Press in 2010.
