In addition, Mr. Taylor will prompt the audience to consider three key project stages:

• One: The 'lazy' project manager works very hard
• Two: The Project Manager is in a comfortable position, safe knowing the project is well under control
• Three: Project closure

Attendees should expect a specific focus on project closure as it can be executed much more effectively with minimal effort but significant added value for all "would be" lazy project managers. Peter will also share some personal, real-life learning experiences that led to the creation of The Lazy Project Manager.

Peter Taylor Bio:

Peter is a dynamic and commercially astute professional who has achieved notable success in Project Management. His project management background spans three major business areas over the last 26 years. Beginning with MRP/ERP systems with various software houses and culminating in his current role with Infor, Business Intelligence (BI) with Cognos, and product lifecycle management (PLM) with Siemens. He has spent the last 7 years leading PMOs and developing project managers. Peter is now focusing on project based services development with Infor.

Mr. Taylor is also an accomplished communicator, leader, and is a professional speaker as well as the author Leading Successful PMOs, The Lazy Winner and most recently, The Lazy Project Manager published by Infinite Ideas in 2009, which is the focus of this webinar.
